Our Management
PARAGON Technical was founded in July 1997 and quickly became a leading semiconductor manufacturer’s representative in the silicon valley. Sean Carney, Greg Hedling and Pranav Koushik are equal managing partners.
Sean Carney
In 2003 Sean joined Paragon Technical in 2003 after a successful stint as a Partner at Pro Associates where he picked up numerous industry awards representing an array of Semiconductor Companies. Sean holds a Bachelors of Business Administration degree from Loyola Marymount University and an MBA from Santa Clara University. Sean and his wife Paula, reside in Menlo Park and have 4 sons.

Greg Hedling
Greg joined Paragon Technical in 2015. Prior to Paragon, Greg was a top sales performer at Microchip Technology. While supporting Paragon’s customer base across multiple end markets, Greg’s focus has been driving Paragon’s strategy on how to best address the needs of the embedded IoT market. He has a bachelor’s in Finance and Marketing from CSU East Bay. Greg and his wife Nicole, reside in Morgan Hill with their two children.

Pranav Koushik
Pranav joined Paragon Technical in 2011, he currently oversees and leads all the activities in the Cloud/Data Center Group. Prior to this role, Pranav led and managed multiple semiconductor technology deals in the Consumer Electronics and the Enterprise Storage markets. His primary focus has been Strategy and business development while serving as a critical bridge between technology providers and his customers. He has a master’s degree in Engineering from Purdue University and a bachelor’s in mechanical engineering from BMS College (India). Outside of work, he is an avid squash player and has a keen interest in photography.
